1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 2 business days after successful payment.
We do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends and official public holidays.
Since our products are sourced from multiple factories, individual items may be prepared separately before combined shipment. We will notify you by email in advance if any unexpected delays occur.
2. Available Shipping Methods
We provide two international shipping options via FedEx:
Standard FedEx Shipping
Estimated delivery: Around July 31st (approx. 13 working days transit time).
Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout according to package weight and destination.
Expedited FedEx Express Shipping
Guaranteed delivery before the 28th of the month (6–8 working days transit time).
An additional surcharge of USD 50 will be applied for this expedited service.
All delivery times are estimated transit periods and not fully guaranteed, which may be affected by customs clearance inspections.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique FedEx tracking number. You can track real-time delivery status on the official FedEx website.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT or other local customs fees incurred at the destination country shall be borne by the recipient. We are not responsible for any customs clearance charges or delivery delays caused by local customs regulations.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
We fully inspect all goods before packaging. If your package is lost or severely damaged during transit, please contact us with photos and the tracking record within 7 days after receipt. We will negotiate compensation solutions with FedEx on your behalf.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your destination region is restricted by international logistics rules, we will contact you to adjust your shipping arrangement before dispatch.
